What is a Free Garden Stand?

Free Garden Stands are spots for neighbors and group members to donate the fruits of their gardens. As you may know, parting with our plant babies during pruning or harvesting is tough. So, we joined the free-cycling movement and started these neighborhood stands. Our purpose is to provide those individuals with a place to drop these items in hopes that another may enjoy them. Think of them like the "trading posts" of the past - a public place to exchange goods that we won't use, but someone else might. We encourage leaving items in exchange for those you pick up, but it is not a requirement. Check out our map and FAQ’s and feel free to reach out if you have any questions, or would like to start your own Free Garden Stand.
